We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you receive items that are damaged, defective, or different from your order , you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for  a return, the item must be unused and in their original packing. Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a repalcement product. In some cases, return shipping  charges may be the customer's reponsibility.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, boxes, and accessories are intact.

  • The product is not damaged or altered after delivery.

Change of mind (product not liked) returns are accepted, but return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items

  • Hygiene products (e.g. innerwear, cosmetics, etc.)


3. Return / Exchange Process

 

  1.  

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear product pictures

  2. Once approved, please send the product back to our address through your preferred courier service.
    Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are sent to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 working days after approval.


5. Exchange Option

If you want to exchange your item (size, color, or another product):

  • Replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the original item.

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos.
We’ll replace it without any extra cost.
